Julianna Barwick and Mary Lattimore have each paved the way in modern experimental music – both with a deep sense of atmosphere, space and the hidden movements of sound. The two American artists are long-time friends, tour partners and now also the publishers of their joint single “Perpetual Adoration”.
Barwick’s career includes acclaimed albums such as The Magic Place, Nepenthe and Healing Is a Miracle, all honored among “Best New Album” by Pitchfork. Lattimore has released works on the leading indie label Ghostly International and collaborated with, among others, Thurston Moore, Kurt Vile and Steve Gunn.
